Diabetes Association of Pierce County invites people age nine and above to come and enjoy a workout that will fuse beginning and advanced funky dance moves with pop culture music themes for cardiovascular health, the principles of circuit training for fat burning and total body toning, and relaxation techniques to maximize calorie output.

1:00pm -1:15pm     Intro

1:15pm - 2:00pm    Zumba Fitness

2:00pm - 3:15pm    Cardio Hip Hop 

3:15pm - 4:00pm    Zumba for Seniors and Kids 

4:00pm - 4:30pm    Stretch

            Donation: Pre-registration $10.00; At the door $ 15.00
